When you host your site through KMWeb Designs, you can check your email anywhere in the world! All you need is an Internet connection.
Here is information about using the webmail feature to check your email set up at your domain. If you have any questions on how to manage your account, please do not hesitate to let us know at .
Whether you have 1 email address or 50 email addresses, this login page will never change. In other words, everyone can log into their separate accounts from this one page.
Enter your specified user name & password and click on "Log In."
This page might look a little daunting at first, but this puts a lot of features in YOUR hands so you won't have to ask us to change them. We can still control all of these functions no matter what direction you choose to read your email.
From this page, you can check your email using a secure connection or an insecure connection (both will work for you needs...insecure simply means email is not being scrambled but you have nothing to worry about. We wish it wouldn't use the word "insecure" because that sounds like a bad thing—but you'll be fine).
You can also change your password for this account and we encourage you to do so when first logging in. Make sure to write it down!

This is just information about the mailbox. If you were going to use Outlook, you would need this information, but it is not needed when using WebMail.

AUTO-RESPONDER
This is a neat function. The system can send a message every time an email is received. Great if your on vacation, or if you want to send a "thank you for your email, we'll be in touch soon" type of message.
When you go to check your email for the first time, we recommend taking the following steps to get completely set up:
1. Click on "Options > Personal Information" and fill in the blanks for "Full Name," "Email Address" (yours), "Reply To" (your email address again), "Signature" (if you want one, this will append at the end of every message), "Time Zone" and then if you are using a signature, toggle the Yes/No buttons at the end. Everything else can be left as the default option.
2. You may want to play around with the "Options > Display Preferences" section to set the display the way you would like.
Everything else is really fine as default. If you know what you are doing, explore all the different options.
You do have the ability to create folders for your messages, spell check messages, create a personal address book as well as edit your own calendar which is great for scheduling meetings, birthdays, etc.
Remember, you can now check your email ANYWHERE in the world. All you need is an Internet connection. Please note that KMWeb Designs' offers POP3 email capabilities as well.
